How To Brush Your Teeth Correctly

This two weeks, I've been in and out the dentist to get my teeth "restored". "Your teeth are in a severe condition. You have too many cavities", the dentist said. Gahhhh %$#%@ ! 

Well, it's not a brand new story for me, though. Ever since I was a kid, I've always been a "passionate" sweets eater. Chocolate bars and candies are always stacking on my shelves :D. When I went home a few months ago, my father already reminded me to go to my-soon-to-be-father-in-law-who-happens-to-be-a-dentist to get my teeth fixed. But of course, I was quibbling this and that, thus I didn't have to go there. But now, I started to regret it. I begin to feel a pain sensation whenever I brush my teeth. *triple sighing

After seeing the downtown's dentist for the fourth time, my wisdom tooth could finally be restored. But the other one needs to be pulled off. Huhuhu Y-Y. Anyhow, I got the never-knew-before tooth brushing technique from the dentist. Here's the video :
