As I mentioned on my previous posting, nowadays, social networking sites are getting eerie. I never said that the most popular social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter are "not my cup of tea*", though. It's just the matter of their "practical use". Are you sure you can control yourself well? Can you bet for not getting addicted to them?

This is even uncannily striking. Did you remember kids were used to ask their parents to sing a lullaby or read them a bedtime story before going to bed? Or for adults, didn't they used to read a boring book [*like my 743-page Vender's Human Physiology book that I failed to read through after i bought it two years ago =))] to "force" them to fall asleep? Pull an all-nighter usually happens among the students who are going to have their exams, isn't it? But now, for the sake of being "a know it all", updated, or simply "addicted", people can do that; sacrificing their sleeping time. *Whew. "Being exposed to bright light from computer and mobile phone screens while in bed completely delays the brain and body's ability to get to sleep. As a result, people are not able to get to sleep as quickly as they should and overall aren't getting the amount of sleep they need each night", Dr. Hastings said. The way I see it, Dr. Hastings's statement is a "common sense" and most people are aware of that. It's only the matter of how to stop themselves from not going further. Get offline and and grab some sleep!
*Not my cup of tea : 19th century British phrase defines as something not to your liking; something you don't like to do.
